I have intensive experience working with client’s who are experiencing anxiety, depression and PTSD/Trauma. I use a variety of different techniques which are client specific. I don’t believe that therapy should be the same for everyone. Therapy is a unique experience for each individual.
Therapy is a chance for self-exploration. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment with a variety of different techniques to resolve any disturbances in your current situation. I understand that for there to be success in therapy their needs to be a therapeutic relationship, therefore I offer a free 15-minute consultation for all new clients.
My practice is supervised by a psychologist and I am able to issue a psychology receipt which can be provided to your insurance company. In addition to working with extended health clients, I am able to bill motor vehicle clients as well.
My Therapy & Approach
Here’s the thing, it’s about addressing all the concerns not simply chasing the symptoms. Thus, my approach involves mind and body work. This can entail energy work, hypnosis, body work or working with the subconscious mind to address further core beliefs.
To create lasting change, we’ve got to clear out all that have been running in the background; this is done by re-training your nervous system to re-access the rest and digest on your parasympathetic nervous system. The goal is to reconnect you back to you!
