*Accepting New Clients
Hi, I’m Natalia Vyzhol, a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples facing emotional difficulties, relational strain, and the impact of past experiences.
Since beginning my clinical work in 2012, I have supported clients in developing greater awareness of how early experiences, internal patterns, and stress responses influence present-day emotions and relationships. My work is grounded in curiosity, respect, and collaborative exploration.
I am currently welcoming new clients for both in-person and virtual sessions.

What Working Together Looks Like
Therapy with me is collaborative and paced according to each client’s needs. I aim to create an environment where clients feel safe to reflect, experiment with new perspectives, and develop greater confidence in their emotional and relational capacities.
In addition to clinical practice, I have facilitated educational workshops and webinars in Canada and internationally on emotional health, trauma-informed care, and relationship dynamics.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
I began my professional career in Ukraine, completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 2009, followed by advanced clinical training at the Gestalt Psychotherapy School between 2011 and 2014.
After relocating to Canada, I continued my education at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto, graduating in 2021.
In 2018, I completed certification as a Professional Life Coach through the Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching, allowing me to incorporate structured goal-oriented work when appropriate.
I am currently completing a Master of Divinity in Counselling (Clinical Track) at Tyndale University, which supports my integrative and culturally responsive clinical practice.
THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATION
My work emphasizes experiential and relational approaches that support clients in developing deeper emotional awareness and flexibility.
In sessions, we may explore:
- Repetitive emotional or relational patterns
- Internal conflicts and self-protective strategies
- Responses to stress, loss, or change
- Beliefs formed through past experiences
- Relational expectations and attachment dynamics
I draw from approaches such as Gestalt Therapy, somatic practices, emotion-focused work, cognitive-behavioural strategies, and relational psychotherapy.
INDIVIDUAL & COUPLES WORK
In individual therapy, I support clients in exploring personal challenges, strengthening emotional insight, and developing healthier coping responses.
In couples therapy, I work with partners to examine interaction patterns, emotional reactions, and unresolved relational experiences. This includes guided relational and experiential processing to support understanding and constructive change.
Sessions focus on fostering clarity, responsibility, and mutual understanding within the relationship.
